Very helpful
Every other day you have to authenticate ur log in with ur login and a security code sent to ur phone. Worthless app for quick access to ur account... just use website for the length it takes to sigh in
This app is terrible, I've had to re download it twice and change passwords and it works one day and then won't recognize Id or password again leaving me to have to call customer service again to reset. It's awful. Can I give it a neg-1 star
Does ok for a while. But since the latest update, after, give or take, 30-60 days of use, it requires a code to get in. Once that happens, it's required Everytime I try to log in. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to correct it. Very aggravating. Love the bank, hate the app.
Since updating the app doesn't remember my user name and is constantly asking for a code now that they text and then askes for you to enroll with your number almost every time logging in now. It's getting very aggravating when normally it takes just a few seconds to log in now it's an act of congress to access your account. I use to love this app now it's just not helpful anymore.
Been pretty much flawless for me
App crashes all the time. On weekends there is no body to assist you if you can't sign in.
